The room held senior professionals who have kept working relationships alive in Ukraine through three years of war: building businesses, closing deals, showing up. The events that matter in this space tend to have shorter lists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ralph spoke with Talya Pundor, Business Development Manager at <a href=\"https:\/\/notagroup.com.ua\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"Nota Group\">Nota Group<\/a>, a Kyiv-based firm working with Ukrainian companies on structure, compliance, and international market entry. Nota Group operates on the inward side of what TriSovereign does: helping Ukrainian companies build the legal and commercial foundations to reach allied markets. The overlap is worth pursuing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TriSovereign maintains a presence in Kyiv because the working network in this space is smaller than the landscape suggests. The procurement contacts, BD leads, and founders who are serious about Ukraine&#8217;s commercial future form a known group. Staying inside it requires consistent, in-person presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TriSovereign is a UK-incorporated defence integration and execution platform operating across the UK, Croatia, and Ukraine.
